Inclusionary Housing

 

Over a hundred members of PACT (People And Congregations Together) gathered at City Hall on May 15. Six of them addressed the City Council on the subject of the critical need for affordable housing in Stockton.  They presented a draft Inclusionary Housing Ordinance for the Council’s consideration.

 

Rosemary Atkinson of Campaign for Common Ground also spoke in support of the PACT appeal for action on affordable housing.
