Former State Senator Patrick Johnston is one of the seven-member Delta Stewardship Council, created in legislation to achieve state mandated coequal goals for the Delta: provide a more reliable water supply for

California and protect, restore and enhance the Delta ecosystem.

Patrick will discuss what impacts the pending Delta Plan may have on Stockton and San Joaquin County, especially with regard to future development in the area.
