The program will be followed by a short business meeting,

to conduct the first CCG Election of Officers

(See bylaws)

 

The Nominating Committee will present their list of nominees for officers to serve on the Executive Committee to lead CCG through 2009. The floor will be open for additional nominations from members in good standing.

 

Since the CCG membership structure is new, there are many past participants who have not yet paid dues ($25 single, $40 joint) to become members in good standing - a requirement for voting in the election of officers. If you wish to participate in the election, or to be involved in on-going CCG activities, you are strongly urged to sign up before the November 17 meeting.
